Crispy Fish with Yum Yum Ranch Dip

Ingredients

  • White fish fillets (like cod, tilapia, or haddock)

  • 1 cup flour

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1½ cups panko breadcrumbs

  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)

  • Oil for frying or baking

  • Terry Ho’s Yum Yum Ranch (for dipping)


Instructions

  1. Season the Fish
    Pat fish fillets dry and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.

  2. Dredge and Coat
    Dredge each piece in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs. Press gently to help crumbs adhere.

  3. Cook the Fish

    • Fry: Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish until golden and crispy, about 3–4 minutes per side.

    • Bake (alternative): Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  4. Serve
    Serve hot with a generous side of Terry Ho’s Yum Yum Ranch for dipping.
