1½ cups panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

Season the Fish
Pat fish fillets dry and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides. -
Dredge and Coat
Dredge each piece in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs. Press gently to help crumbs adhere. -
Cook the Fish

Fry: Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish until golden and crispy, about 3–4 minutes per side.

Bake (alternative): Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
