Hibachi Vegetables with Terry Ho’s Yum Yum Sauce

Fresh vegetables are sautéed hibachi-style and finished with Terry Ho’s Yum Yum Sauce for a simple side packed with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • ½ onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • ⅓ cup Terry Ho’s Yum Yum Sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat oil and butter in a skillet over high heat.
  2. Add vegetables and sauté 5–7 minutes until tender with light char.
  3. Season with soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Remove from heat and toss with Terry Ho’s Yum Yum Sauce.
  5. Serve hot.
