- Heat oil and butter in a skillet over high heat.
- Add vegetables and sauté 5–7 minutes until tender with light char.
- Season with soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and toss with Terry Ho’s Yum Yum Sauce.
- Serve hot.
