Hibachi Vegetables

  1. Heat oil and butter in a skillet over high heat.
  2. Add vegetables and sauté 5–7 minutes until tender with light char.
  3. Season with soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Remove from heat and toss with Terry Ho’s Yum Yum Sauce.
  5. Serve hot.
Serving Tip

Perfect as a side dish or served over steamed rice for a vegetarian bowl.
