Salmon Bowl

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season salmon with salt and pepper and cook 3–4 minutes per side until flaky.
  3. Assemble bowls with rice as the base.
  4. Top with salmon, avocado, cucumber, and carrots.
  5. Drizzle generously with Terry Ho’s Yum Yum Sauce.

Serving Tip

Add sesame seeds or spicy mayo mixed with Yum Yum Sauce for extra kick.
