Shrimp Fried Rice with Terry Ho’s Yum Yum Sauce

Tender shrimp, savory fried rice, and a drizzle of Terry Ho’s Yum Yum Sauce come together for a quick, restaurant-style meal at home.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice (day-old preferred)
  • ½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (divided)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ½ cup frozen peas & carrots
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup Terry Ho’s Yum Yum Sauce (plus extra for drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add shrimp, season lightly with salt and pepper, and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add remaining oil, pour in eggs, and scramble until just set.
  4. Stir in rice, peas, carrots, soy sauce, and butter. Cook 3–4 minutes, stirring frequently.
  5. Return shrimp to pan and toss to combine.
  6. Remove from heat and fold in Terry Ho’s Yum Yum Sauce.
  7. Garnish with green onions and drizzle with additional sauce if desired.

 

Serving Tip

Serve hibachi-style with extra Yum Yum Sauce on the side and sesame seeds on top.
